Hi, I'm Coach Kate! I'm the owner and founder of RDKate Sports Nutrition, which I began in 2011.
Growing up, I never thought a whole lot about the food I ate and how it might impact my body. However, when I started running cross country in high school, I was lucky enough to have a coach who understood the connection between food and performance. What started as simple reminders to "eat before you get on the bus for the meet" has since blossomed into an over 10-year career helping athletes understand how to nourish their bodies to perform at their best.
The core values of RDKate Sports Nutrition are excellence, honesty and genuineness. We won't recommend something that we are not 100% behind. We won't teach you something that is not based on research or time-proven high level experience in the field. RDKate does not sell supplements because we believe that while sometimes supplements have a place, you shouldn't be questioning whether our advice is driven by research or product sales.
I believe in teaching and empowering athletes so that they have the confidence, perseverance and passion about performance nutrition that I do. No diets or cutting out foods. Let's learn clearly and effectively how to use food to help the body perform at its peak. Does this resonate with you? Let's chat! Set up a 15-minute call to learn more about services, or call me any time at 989-906-2459.
Kate offers individual appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
